Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

Providing advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another customer.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future scheduling at our discretion.

Weather Policy

Because we are a mobile detailing business, severe weather may require appointments to be rescheduled.

If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to perform the service, we will work with you to schedule the next available appointment at no additional charge.

Arrival and Accessibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • The vehicle is available at the scheduled appointment time.

  • We have safe access to the vehicle.

  • The work area is reasonably safe for our equipment and staff.

  • Personal belongings and valuables have been removed from the vehicle before service begins.

If we are unable to perform the service because the vehicle is unavailable or inaccessible, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you believe something was missed during your service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will review your concerns and, when appropriate, arrange a reasonable touch-up or correction.

Refund Policy

Due to the time, labor, products, and travel involved in professional detailing, completed services are generally non-refundable.

However, if there is a concern regarding the quality of the work performed, we encourage you to contact us promptly. Our goal is to resolve legitimate concerns through a reasonable correction whenever possible.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of DMDetailing LLC.

Vehicle Condition

Professional detailing improves the appearance of your vehicle but cannot repair or reverse conditions such as:

  • Paint chips

  • Deep scratches

  • Clear coat failure

  • Oxidation

  • Rust

  • Permanent staining

  • Worn upholstery

  • Interior damage

  • Mechanical or electrical issues

Certain imperfections may become more noticeable after dirt, oxidation, or contaminants are removed.

Pricing Adjustments

The prices shown on our website are starting prices unless otherwise noted.

Vehicles requiring significantly more time due to excessive dirt, sand, mud, pet hair, stains, or other conditions may require an additional charge. Any pricing adjustments will be discussed before work begins whenever reasonably possible.
