Services may include exterior detailing, interior detailing, full detailing, paint decontamination, trim restoration, engine bay cleaning, and other automotive appearance services.

All services are subject to availability.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments may be requested through our website, phone, email, or social media.

Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed by DMDetailing LLC.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Pricing

Prices listed on our website are starting prices unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary depending on factors including:

  • Vehicle size

  • Vehicle condition

  • Excessive dirt, sand, mud, stains, or pet hair

  • Time required to complete the service

  • Additional services requested

Any pricing adjustments will be discussed with the customer before work begins whenever reasonably possible.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information.

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

  • Remove personal belongings and valuables before service.

  • Ensure pets and children remain safely away from the work area during the appointment.

  • Provide a safe location where our technicians can perform the requested services.

DMDetailing LLC is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless another arrangement has been agreed to in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse future service for unpaid balances.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future scheduling.

Weather-related rescheduling does not result in penalties.

7. Vehicle Condition

Detailing significantly improves a vehicle’s appearance but cannot restore or repair every condition.

We are not responsible for pre-existing:

  • Paint damage

  • Rock chips

  • Scratches

  • Oxidation

  • Clear coat failure

  • Rust

  • Interior wear

  • Stains that cannot safely be removed

  • Mechanical or electrical issues

Certain defects may become more noticeable after dirt, oxidation, or contaminants are removed.

8. Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we have an opportunity to review and reasonably address your concerns.
